体教融合背景下学校体育高质量发展的时代内涵、内在逻辑与实现路径

• 摘要： 本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等，从“四位一体”的学校体育目标阐释了学校体育高质量发展的时代内涵：享受乐趣，培养学生积极乐观的生活态度；增强体质，提高青少年学生体质健康水平；健全人格，培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者；锤炼意志，促进中华体育精神的传承与发展。回溯我国体教融合的发展历程，学校体育是竞技体育后备人才培养的基础；以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，坚持人的全面发展教育理论；为建设体育强国、教育强国培养高素质时代新人的现实需要，共同构成学校体育高质量发展的内在逻辑。在体教融合背景下推动学校体育高质量发展，需围绕以下三个方面持续发力：（1）以课程思政为抓手，落实“立德树人”根本任务；（2）以资源整合为契机，拓展教学资源供给渠道；（3）以多元评价为导向，推动学校体育制度建设。
• By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper expounds the era connotation of high-quality development of school physical education from the goal of “four in one” school physical education: to enjoy fun and cultivate students’ positive and optimistic attitude towards life; Enhance physical fitness and improve the physical health level of young students; Improve personality and cultivate socialist builders with allround development of morality, intelligence, body, beauty and labor; Temper the will and promote the inheritance and development of Chinese sports spirit. Looking back at the development process of the integration of physical education and education in China, school physical education is the basis for the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports; Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, adhere to the educational theory of people’s all-round development; In order to build a sports power and an education power, the practical need to cultivate high-quality new people in the times together constitutes the internal logic of the high-quality development of school physical education. In order to promote the high-quality development of school physical education under the background of the integration of physical education and education, we should focus on curriculum ideological and political education and implement the fundamental task of “cultivating people by virtue”; Take resource integration as an opportunity to expand the supply channels of teaching resources; Guided by multiple evaluations, we will continue to exert our efforts in promoting the construction of school physical education system in three aspects.
