赋权增能：农村妇女参与体育活动的理论逻辑、现实困境与实践路径

• 摘要： 为增强妇女群体可持续发展能力、深入实施乡村振兴巾帼行动，本文运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法等，探究农村妇女参与体育活动的现实困境。基于“赋权增能”理论，分析农村妇女参与体育活动现实困境的深层原因：（1）“赋权失衡”下农村妇女面临着政府、市场等多元主体协同不足；（2）“增能乏力”下农村妇女个人发展能力不足、社会角色转变困难等。对此，基于赋权增能理论研究提出以下建议：“赋权”维度下赋予农村妇女健康的体育环境和政治“话语权”；“增能”维度下激发个体能动性，提高妇女体育参与质量，打造乡村巾帼体育品牌，助推乡村体育产业共荣发展。
• In order to enhance the sustainable development ability of women group, we will carry out the action of revitalizing women in rural areas. By using the method of literature and logical reasoning, this paper probes into the realistic predicament of rural women’s participation in sports activities. Based on the theory of “Empowerment and empowerment”, this paper analyzes the deep-seated causes of the dilemma of rural women’s participation in sports activities: (1) under the “Imbalance of empowerment”, rural women are facing the lack of coordination between government, market and other multiple subjects; (2) the rural women’s individual development ability is insufficient and their social role changes are difficult under the condition of “Lack of energy increase”. Based on the theoretical research of empowerment and empowerment, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: To endow rural women with healthy sports environment and political “Discourse power” from the perspective of empowerment; To stimulate individual initiative from the perspective of empowerment, to improve the quality of women’s sports participation, to create rural women’s sports brand, and to promote the development of rural sports industry.
