中国式体育现代化发展的内涵、困境和路径

• 摘要： 党的二十大报告中明确指出了要以“中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴”的新征程。体育现代化作为国家实现现代化的重要组成部分，也必将沿着中国式现代化道路，开辟出符合我国国情和满足时代需求的中国式体育现代化新方向、新路径、新范式。本文在对中国式现代化和中国式体育现代化的概念分析基础上，提出了中国式体育现代化的自身内涵——推动中华民族伟大复兴的标志性事业，并揭示了体育治理效能、精神文化、科学技术、专业人才等方面存在的发展困境，进而探究中国式体育现代化的发展路径。具体包括优化体育治理体系和治理能力，提供中国式体育现代化制度保障；弘扬中华体育文化，激发中国式体育现代化内在动力；增强科技创新，加速推进中国式体育现代化更好实现；完善体育人才培养体系，支撑中国式体育现代化持续发展等，以期为实现体育强国战略目标贡献智慧。
• The report of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) clearly points out the new journey of “promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in a comprehensive manner through Chinese-style modernisation”. As an important part of the modernisation of the country, sports modernisation is bound to follow the path of Chinese-style modernisation and open up new directions, paths and paradigms of Chinese-style sports modernisation that meet the national conditions of China and the needs of the times. Based on the conceptual analysis of Chinese-style modernisation and Chinese-style sports modernisation, this paper puts forward the connotation of Chinese-style sports modernisation itself: the landmark cause of promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and explores the development path of Chinese-style sports modernisation from the development dilemma existing in terms of the effectiveness of sports governance, spiritual culture, science and technology, and professional talents. It also explores the development path of Chinese-style sports modernisation from the development dilemmas in sports governance effectiveness, spiritual culture, science and technology, professional talents, etc. It includes optimising the sports governance system and governance capacity to provide systematic guarantee for Chinese-style sports modernisation; promoting Chinese sports culture to stimulate the intrinsic motivation of Chinese-style sports modernisation; enhancing scientific and technological innovations to accelerate the better realisation of Chinese-style sports modernisation; and perfecting the system of sports talents cultivation to support the sustained development of Chinese-style sports modernisation, etc., with a view to contributing wisdom for the realisation of the strategic objective of a strong sports nation.
