社会主义发展新时期我国青少年体育高质量发展的内涵、困境及路径

• 摘要： 党的二十大胜利召开，标志着中国特色社会主义事业踏上了新的征程，我们正式迈入了一个崭新的社会主义发展时期。这个新时期充满了无限希望和机遇，为我国的未来发展奠定了坚实的基础。二十大报告提出：“实现高质量发展，是中国式现代化的本质要求，是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。”青少年承载着国家的未来与民族的希望，同时，他们也是推动体育领域实现高质量发展的核心动力，是通往更高发展境界的必由之路。随着我国进入社会主义发展的新时期，青少年体育高质量发展不仅关乎青少年的身心健康和全面发展，更是实现体育强国梦的重要基础。本文将从理论逻辑、历史逻辑、现实逻辑三个维度出发，深入探索社会发展新时期我国青少年体育高质量发展的内涵特征。了解到青少年体育高质量发展的现实困境：体育价值认识缺失；学校体育各环节助力不足；相关部门难以突破行动壁垒等；进而提出青少年体育高质量发展的必要之策：加强多元体育活动与竞赛体系；加大基础设施建设与资源共享；明确政策引领与法规保障。
• The successful convening of the Party’s 20th National Congress marks a new journey for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and we have officially entered a new period of socialist development. This new period is full of infinite hopes and opportunities, and has laid a solid foundation for our country’s future development. “To achieve high-quality development is the essential requirement of Chinese-style modernization and the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way”, the report of the 20th National Congress put forward. Young people carry the future of the country and the hope of the nation, at the same time, they are also the core driving force to promote high-quality development in the field of sports, and is the only way to a higher level of development. As China enters a new period of socialist development, the high-quality development of youth sports is not only related to the physical and mental health and all-round development of young people, but also an important basis for realizing the dream of sports power. Starting from the three dimensions of theoretical logic, historical logic and realistic logic, this paper will deeply explore the connotation and characteristics of high-quality development of Chinese youth sports in the new period of social development. Understand the realistic dilemma of high quality development of youth sports: Lack of awareness of sports value; School physical education links are not enough to help; It is difficult for relevant departments to break through action barriers; Then it puts forward the necessary measures for the high quality development of youth sports: Strengthening the multi-sport activities and competition system; Increase infrastructure construction and resource sharing; Clear policy guidance and le gal protection.
