乡村中小学体育教师核心素养培养困囿及发展研究

  • 摘要: 采用文献资料法、网络查询法、逻辑分析法等方法,分析目前我国乡村中小学体育教师的核心素养能力现状,同时依据我国颁发的乡村振兴战略、精准扶贫等政策,提出乡村中小学体育教师核心素养能力不足的主要原因在于:教师自身因素,教师教龄、职称、学历存在差距;学校因素,一是乡村学校对体育教学投入不足,重视程度不高;二是乡村中小学体育教师对外交流机会不多、参与的培训学习更是较少;三是乡村中小学中体育课经常被其他老师占用;社会因素,家长对学生的身体健康发展关心程度不够,只关注学生的学习成绩;乡村中小学校在体育教学方面的资金投入、资源配置等与其他学科相比仍存在一定差距。以上问题可以看出,当下整个社会表现出对体育教师整体核心素养的认知与发展有所欠缺,从而导致我国乡村中小学体育老师的核心素养能力发展处于亟待改善的阶段。针对以上问题,本文对我国乡村体育教师核心素养的培养提出以下建议:利用“互联网+”促进教师自我发展;社会各部门要加强重视力度;优化农村体育教师核心素养培养情况;优化农村体育教师核心素养培养情况。
  • Using literature data, network query and logical analysis, Analyzing the current situation of the core literacyand ability of PE teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in China, At the same time, according to the ruralrevitalization strategy and targeted poverty alleviation policies issued by China, It is proposed that the main reasonsfor the deviation of the core literacy ability of physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools areas follows: first, the analysis of teachers ‘own factors: the gap between teachers’ teaching age, professional title andeducational background; Secondly, the school factor analysis: a rural school lack of physical education investmentin teaching, The degree of attention is not high, two rural primary and secondary school physical education teachersdo not have many opportunities for foreign communication, participate in the training and learning is less, three inthe rural primary and secondary school physical education is often occupied by other teachers; Finally, from theanalysis of social factors, parents are not concerned enough about the healthy development of students, Just focus onthe students’ academic performance, At the same time, there is still a gap in rural primary and secondary schools inphysical education and other disciplines. It can be seen that the current situation of the whole society shows that thecognition and development of the overall core quality of physical education teachers are lacking, which leads to the development of physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in China is in an urgent stage ofimprovement. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the cultivation ofcore literacy of rural physical education teachers in China: using “Internet +” to promote teacher self-development; allsocial departments should strengthen the attention; optimize the cultivation of core literacy of rural physical educationteachers; and optimize the cultivation of core literacy of rural physical education teachers.
