• 摘要： 本研究旨在探讨以“课程思政”视角下高职体育课程如何提升育人质量的实践探究。通过对相关文献的综述和实践调研，高职体育课程在培养学生的身心健康、培养学生的团队合作精神和培养学生的社会责任感等方面具有独特的优势。本研究通过设计和实施一系列的教学实践活动，探究了高职体育课程融入思政元素在提升育人质量方面的有效性。通过课程思政视角下的高职体育课程实践，使学生的身心健康得到有效提升，学生的团队合作精神得到培养，学生的社会责任感得到增强，使其成为新时代社会主义发展的铺路人。
• The paper mainly studies how to improve the quality of education that vocational colleges PE coursefrom the perspective of the curriculum of ideological and political education. The PE course of vocational collegeshas unique advantages on cultivating physically and mentally health, training team spirit, as well as educating socialresponsibility for students through the correlative literature review and practical investigation. The paper studiesthe effectiveness of improving the quality of education that PE course integrate deeply into ideological and politicalelements through designing and implementing a series of teaching activities. The result of study that PE courseintegrate with ideological and political elements that show that strengthening students physical and mental health,cultivating students teamwork spirit and enhancing students social responsibility, then making them to be constructorfor socialist development in the new era.
