  • 摘要: 举重运动是一项起源于古希腊的运动项目,在运动中展现的是力量的美感。这项运动对运动员有着严格的要求,除了运动员自身要具备优秀的身体素质,扎实的技术动作来决定其下限,还可以通过合理的外界营养补充来强化运动员的肌肉力量水平,提高训练效果,预防运动员的各种运动损伤来提高运动员在这一运动项目中的上限。此外,不同时段的运动营养补充也有所区别,对运动的竞赛成绩有着至关重要的影响。本文从多个角度综述了举重运动员的营养补充方式和不同阶段的营养补充策略,为促进举重运动员成绩提升提供一定参考和建议。
  • Weightlifting is a sport that originated in ancient Greece and shows the beauty of strength in the sport.This sport has strict requirements for athletes, in addition to the athletes themselves should have excellent physicalquality, solid technical movements to determine their lower limit, but also through reasonable external nutritionalsupplementation to strengthen the athletes’ muscle strength level, improve the training effect, and prevent varioussports injuries to improve the athletes’ upper limit in this sport. In addition, there are differences in sports nutritionalsupplementation at different times of the year, which have a crucial impact on the competition performance of thesport. This article provides an overview of nutritional supplementation for weightlifters and different periods of timefor weightlifters from multiple perspectives to provide certain references and suggestions to promote weightlifters’performance.
