Weightlifting is a sport that originated in ancient Greece and shows the beauty of strength in the sport.This sport has strict requirements for athletes, in addition to the athletes themselves should have excellent physicalquality, solid technical movements to determine their lower limit, but also through reasonable external nutritionalsupplementation to strengthen the athletes’ muscle strength level, improve the training effect, and prevent varioussports injuries to improve the athletes’ upper limit in this sport.
