The General Office of the General Administration of Sport and other departments jointly issued a noticeon improving the level of after-school physical education services in schools and promoting the healthy growthof primary and secondary school students (hereinafter referred to as the “notice”), which encourages places withconditions to introduce public welfare sports clubs to participate in after-school school services. This article usesliterature review, interview, and field research methods to elaborate on the operational mechanism and developmentproblems of youth sports clubs participating in after-school sports services, and further proposes developmentstrategies for empowering after-school sports services by youth sports clubs. At present, there are many part-timepersonnel and varying levels of teaching staff in youth sports clubs participating in after-school sports services; Siteresources cannot be shared; Lack of regulation and evaluation. The following measures are proposed to addressthe above issues: strengthening the service construction of youth sports clubs and improving the level of teachingstaff provided to schools; Integrate resources from both parties and improve the utilization rate of venue resources;Establish a sound supervision and evaluation mechanism for the cooperation process to improve service quality.
