“双减”政策下青少年体育培训机构发展的机遇、困境及可持续发展路径的研究

• 摘要： 文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法，分析“双减”政策下我国青少年体育培训机构发展面临的机遇、挑战及可持续发展路径。旨在提升体育培训机构服务质量、营造行业良好氛围，促进我国青少年体育培训行业的可持续发展。然而，由于体育培训机构野蛮生长、师资力量薄弱、相关监管部门权责紊乱、机构培训内容单一等问题，体育培训市场仍处于初步发展阶段。因此，结合“双减”政策的具体要求，提出了可持续发展路径，包括提高体育培训行业准入制度、加强师资队伍建设、积极完善相关政策、完善机构培训体系，实现行业善治。
• By using the methods of literature and logical analysis, this article analyzes the opportunities, challengesand sustainable development of Chinese youth sports training institutions under the “double reduction” policy.The aim is to improve the service quality of sports training institutions, create a good atmosphere for the industry,and promote the sustainable development of China’s youth sports training industry. However, due to the brutalgrowth of sports training institutions, weak teachers, disorganized powers and responsibilities of relevant regulatorydepartments, and the single content of institutional training, the sports training market is in the initial stage ofdevelopment. Therefore, combined with the specific requirements of the “double reduction” policy, the sustainabledevelopment path is proposed, including improving the access system of the sports training industry, strengtheningthe construction of teachers, actively improving the relevant policies, improving the institutional training system, andachieving good governance of the industry.
