The promotion of the “double reduction” policy once again shows the importance of home-schoolcommunitycooperative education for the construction of high-quality education system, and brings new opportunitiesfor the development of school physical education. This paper analyses and expounds the value and challenge of thehome-school-community collaboration in the development of school physical education:Home-school communityenabling school sports development has the value of extending the space for school sports development, making upfor the shortage of school sports development resources and optimizing the humanistic environment for school sportsdevelopment,However, it is also facing the challenges of unclear responsibility boundary of home-school community,insufficient cognition degree of home-school community co-education, lack of community cooperation conditions,and insufficient internal sports resources;Based on this, this paper explores the promotion strategy of school physicaleducation development under the “double reduction” policy: (1) Perfect the top-level design and practice the conceptof collaborative education between home, school and community. (2) Improve the cognition level of family, schooland community, and promote substantial progress of co-breeding; (3) “Passive” to “active” participation, emphasison family sports guidance; (4) Break down the resource barrier and realize the optimal allocation of school sportsresources; (5) We will improve community-level services and improve the quality of community services.
