体育强国背景下中国男篮归化问题研究

• 摘要： 当今世界，通过引入归化球员来提升竞技体育发展水平已经屡见不鲜。本文采用文献资料法对当今篮坛世界各国归化现象进行了分析，并分析了中国男篮进行球员归化的利弊、困难点以及实践策略，以期为中国男篮在进行球员归化时提供参考与借鉴。研究结果表明：通过球员归化，部分国家篮球竞技水平确实有所提升，但不合理的归化也影响了篮球运动的公平性，制约着篮球人才的长期培养；中国男篮在进行球员归化时主要存在民族意识和入籍问题两大阻碍；为了解决这些困难，我们应该：积极化解民族意识阻碍，谨慎选择归化球员；努力解决国籍转换难题，寻求社会各界支持；着力培养归化球员文化认同，促进归化球员积极融入中国特色社会主义社会，使其更好地为中国篮球服务。
• In today’s world, it is not uncommon to raise the level of competitive sports development by introducing naturalized players. In order to make the naturalization of players smoother for the Chinese men’s basketball team, this paper uses the literature method to analyze the naturalization phenomenon of the world in basketball today, and analyzes the pros, cons, difficulties and practical strategies of the naturalization of players in the Chinese men’s basketball team. The results show that through the naturalization of players, the level of basketball competition in some countries has indeed improved, but unreasonable naturalization also affects the fairness of basketball and restricts the long-term cultivation of basketball talents. The Chinese men’s basketball team mainly has two major obstacles to the naturalization of players: ethnic consciousness and naturalization; In order to solve these difficulties, we should: actively resolve the obstacles of national consciousness and carefully select naturalized players; Strive to resolve the problem of nationality change and seek support from all sectors of society; Strive to cultivate the cultural identity of naturalized players, promote the active integration of naturalized players into society, and enable them to better serve Chinese basketball.
