- Abstract: “后冬奥”时代新疆冰雪产业发展既面临着难得的机遇，又面临着巨大的挑战，通过内部驱动因素和外部驱动因素两个维度梳理出新疆发展冰雪产业的必要性，即提升体育产业综合实力和推动体育产业发展转型。通过梳理新疆冰雪产业发展现状，发现目前存在着包括冰雪产业规划缺乏系统性、冰雪产业专业化人才还未形成规模化培养和冰雪产业数字化转型程度不足等三大发展困境，运用产业链分析法和高质量发展要求，提出新疆冰雪产业高质量发展路径，即厘清冰雪产业高质量发展内涵、加强统筹规划助力高质量发展、加强人才培养推动高质量发展和紧抓数字化机遇推动高质量发展。
- The development of Xinjiang’s ice and snow industry in the “post-Winter Olympics” era is facing both rare opportunities and huge challenges. Through the two dimensions of internal driving factors and external driving factors, the necessity of developing the ice and snow industry in Xinjiang is sorted out, that is, to improve the comprehensive sports industry. Strengthand promote the development and transformation of the sports industry. By sorting out the development status of the ice and snow industry in Xinjiang, it is found that there are three major development difficulties, including the lack of systematic planning of the ice and snow industry, the lack of large-scale training of professional talents in the ice and snow industry, and the insufficient degree of digital transformation of the ice and snow industry. High-quality development requirements, put forward the high-quality development path of Xinjiang ice and snow industry, that is, clarify the connotation of high-quality development of ice and snow industry, strengthen overall planning to promote high-quality development, strengthen personnel training to promote high-quality development, and seize digital opportunities to promote high-quality development.
