恩施“板凳龙”铸牢中华民族共同体意识的理论逻辑与实践路径

• 摘要： 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、田野调查法等方法对恩施“板凳龙”铸牢中华民族共同体意识进行探析。研究认为恩施“板凳龙”作为土家族传统体育项目之一，所蕴含的功能、精神价值及文化内涵能从理论逻辑和实践路径两个层次铸牢中华民族共同体意识。理论逻辑为：（1）思想基础层面，板凳龙构建共同精神家园；（2）物质条件层面，板凳龙助力民族经济发展；（3）价值取向层面，板凳龙传扬民族平等精神；（4）制度保障层面，板凳龙制度体系助推民族传统体育制度完善。基于此，探索出板凳龙的实践路径包括：（1）融入学校，传承文化：创建“一校一品”“一校多品”教学模式；（2）融合旅游，发展产业：构建区域特色+板凳龙民族文化旅游；（3）制定赛事，促进交流：提升竞赛的竞技性、规范性、观赏性；（4）回归田野，守正创新：创立“政”“企”“民”研学传承基地，进而铸牢中华民族共同体意识。
• Using the method of literature, expert interview, field investigation, etc. to enshi “bench dragon” and “cast the sense of the Chinese nation community” to analyze. It is concluded that Enshi bench dragon, as one of the traditional sports of the Tu family, contains function, spiritual value and cultural connotation to cast the sense of the Chinese nation’s community from the two levels of theoretical logic and practical path. The theoretical logic is: (1) Ideological foundation level, bench dragon to build a common spiritual home; (2) material conditions level, bench dragon to help national economic development; (3) value orientation level, bench dragon to promote the spirit of national equality; (4) system security level, bench dragon system to promote the improvement of the traditional national sports system. On this basis, explore the practical path includes: (1) into school, fitness heart; (2) tourism, promote industry; (3) borrow the event, increase exchanges; (4) breed talent, strong culture, four paths to promote the development of Enshi bench dragon, and thus cast the Sense of the Chinese nation community.
