武汉市赛马人才综合素养标准指标体系构建研究

• 摘要： 本文主要运用文献研究、德尔菲等研究方法，对武汉市赛马人才综合素养标准进行调研。调研显示，武汉市赛马人才综合素养指标涵盖道德品质、能力、专业技能、业绩与经验这5个一级指标，并且各自涵盖11个二级指标与35个三级指标，然后通过实证调研革新评价内容、提倡团队评价，旨为设定赛马人才的标准化体系与鞭策赛马人才自身能力的增强，确保赛马人才高水准的质量及高质地的素养，为构筑高质量的赛马人才体系奠定牢固的理论基础。
• This thesis primarily utilizes literature review, Delphi and other research techniques to inspect the integrated ability standards of horse racing talents in Wuhan. It is showed that the integrated ability indicators for horse racing talents in Wuhan are primarily included of 5 first-grade indicators of moral trait, capacity, technical skills, achievements and experience. At the same time, there are 11 second-grade indicators and 35 third-grade indicators, respectively. The indicators have been empirically researched to set a standardized system and enhance the ability for race-horse talent in order to ensure the high level of quality and literacy for race-horse talents, and build a high quality race-horse talents system to lay a solid theoretical foundation.
