This thesis primarily utilizes literature review, Delphi and other research techniques to inspect the integrated ability standards of horse racing talents in Wuhan. It is showed that the integrated ability indicators for horse racing talents in Wuhan are primarily included of 5 first-grade indicators of moral trait, capacity, technical skills, achievements and experience. At the same time, there are 11 second-grade indicators and 35 third-grade indicators, respectively. The indicators have been empirically researched to set a standardized system and enhance the ability for race-horse talent in order to ensure the high level of quality and literacy for race-horse talents, and build a high quality race-horse talents system to lay a solid theoretical foundation.
