The commercial fitness club is an important subject in China’s sports fitness and leisure industry. It is an important force to promote the continuous development of the fitness and leisure industry and mobilize social talents to participate in sports. Based on the research perspective of multiple cases, this paper analyzes China’s excellent commercial fitness clubs by using the methods of literature and field investigation, expounds the overall situation of China’s commercial fitness clubs from the aspects of user groups, product services, marketing publicity, personnel literacy, sorts out the development trend and puts forward the corresponding improvement path. It is found that the development of commercial fitness clubs in China shows the general trend of rationalization and intelligence of onsite gymnasium construction, diversification and high-end business models, innovation and integration of operation and management, convenience and personalization of service system. It is proposed that the promotion path of commercial fitness clubs in China is to allocate reasonable venue facilities, build a complete product system, realize professional operation management and set up a convenient service system.
