“电竞热”背景下我国电竞酒店发展的冷思考：现实成因、突出问题及应对举措

• 摘要： 电竞产业的蓬勃发展推动了我国电竞酒店的快速崛起，既为酒店行业多元经营提供了有益参考，也为我国电竞行业的可持续发展创造了条件。本文运用文献资料等研究方法分析了电竞酒店火热的现实成因，探究了电竞酒店发展的突出问题，探讨了我国电竞酒店高质量发展的应对举措。研究认为，电竞产业蓬勃发展、传统酒店转型升级、 社会资本争相入局和酒店服务需求多元化是电竞酒店火热的现实成因。电竞酒店火热的背后存在市场监管错位、酒店运营能力较弱、专业电竞人才供需矛盾、行业品牌影响力不足等突出问题。致力于提出健全行业法律法规，提升监管效能；推动运营管理创新，提升核心竞争力；强化电竞教育，缓解高端人才供需矛盾；打造行业标杆，助力城市建设发展等促进我国电竞酒店可持续发展与高质量发展的应对举措。
• The flourish of E-sports industry pushes forward the rise abruptly of E-sports hotels in China, which not only provides a profitable reference for the diversified operation of the hotel industry, but also creates conditions for the sustainable development of e-sports industry in China. Using the research methods of literature, this paper analyzes the practical reasons for the popularity of E-sports hotels, probes into the prominent problems existing in the development of E-sports hotels, and probes into the Countermeasures for the high-quality development of E-sports hotels in China. The research shows that the vigorous development of e-sports industry, the transformation and upgrading of traditional hotels, the competition of social capital and the diversification of hotel service consumption demand are the practical reasons for the popularity of E-sports hotels. Behind the popularity of E-sports hotels, there are prominent problems, such as the dislocation of market power and responsibility supervision, the weak hotel operation ability, there is a contradiction between supply and demand of professional E-sports talents, and the influence of industry brand is insufficient. It is suggested to improve industry laws and regulations and improve supervision efficiency; Promote operation management innovation and enhance core competitiveness; Strengthen E-sports education and relieve the contradiction between supply and demand of up-market talents; Build industry benchmark, help urban construction and development and other measures to promote the sustainable development and high-quality development of E-sports hotels in China.
