“双减”政策下青少年体育培训的机遇与挑战

• 摘要： “双减”政策的出台，意味着我国的教育发展开始进入新阶段，学生作业减负和课外减负，学生有了更多自由时间，为体育的发展提供了时间和契机。目前，我国青少年体育培训面临的机遇有：政策支持，提供政策红利；理念转变，提供发展空间；市场需求，提供发展动力。同时也存在诸多挑战：体育培训行业标准化缺失，效率低下；体育培 训市场监管不足，边界模糊；体育培训服务供给单一，升级落后。相应对策有：引进 复合型人才，加强教练员队伍建设；研制标准化课程体系，多渠道解决场地场馆难题； 加强行业监管，推动机构服务升级。
• The “Double Reduction” policy means that our country’s education development has entered a new stage, students’ homework burden reduction and after-school burden reduction, students have more free time, providing time and opportunity for the development of sports.At present, China’s youth sports training opportunities are: Policy support, to provide policy dividends; concept change, to provide development space; market demand, to provide development momentum. At the same time, there are many challenges: lack of standardization and low efficiency of sports training industry, insufficient supervision and fuzzy boundary of sports training market, single supply of sports training service and backward upgrading. The countermeasures are as follows: to introduce compound talents, to strengthen the construction of coaches; to develop standardized curriculum system, to solve the difficult problems of venues and stadiums through multiple channels; to strengthen industry supervision and to promote the service upgrading of organizations.
