Based on the perspective of existing problems, the paper mainly discusses how to in the new stage of development to build a new sports industry development pattern, and how to use the new concept of development, looking for accurate positioning, innovative business model, promote the sports industry in our country the status of sports industry in the global value chain, for all stakeholders of the our country sports industry chain to provide the reference for the future development. It is clearly proposed that in order to construct the new development pattern of China’s sports industry, each sports market subject should seize the opportunity, take customer as the core, take value as the guidance, reduce costs, improve functions, implement value innovation strategy based on customer demand, and promote China’s sports industry to move towards the middle and high end of the global value chain. Finally, the structural adjustment and comprehensive upgrading of China’s sports industry will be realized, the business model of creative sports enterprises of “value discovery + value creation + value realization” will be created, and the development model and new development pattern of sports industry value creation will be constructed.
