• Abstract: 基于现今世界人民健康状况，本文力图从中国传统文化中找寻解决之道。采用文献资料法、逻辑推理法，对健康中国背景下中华传统养生文化的发展，作了研究。在大力推进中华传统文化的时下，采取发展本国特色国学思潮、尊重中华传统养生文化的多元发展及与借鉴，促进健康中国建设。这对“人类命运共同体”的长足发展，中华传统养生文化的弘扬，人们健康生活方式、价值追求的重塑，本国特色与经济的繁荣等，具有借鉴和现实的指导意义。
• Based on the health status of the people in the world, this paper tries to find a solution from Chinese traditional culture. This paper studies the development of Chinese traditional culture of keeping in good health under the background of healthy China by means of literature and logical reasoning. At the time of promoting Chinese traditional culture, we should develop the thought of Chinese traditional culture with Chinese characteristics, respect the pluralistic development of Chinese traditional culture of keeping in good health, and use for reference to promote the construction of a healthy China. This is not only of great significance to the development of “The community of Human Destiny”, the promotion of Chinese traditional culture of keeping in good health, the remolding of people’s healthy life style, the pursuit of value, the prosperity of national characteristics and economy, etc.
