As a rising star in the field of sports, e-sports has far exceeded many traditional sports in terms of industry scale and audience, and successfully entered one of the most popular sports at present. This paper studies the development of E-sports in China by using literature and logical analysis method, and the results show that: The development of E-sports culture in China can be divided into four stages. The advantages of e-sports in China are as follows: support from national and government policies, vigorous publicity by the media, repeated achievements in leap-forward development, stepping into the international stage, popularization of audience groups, and numerous e-sports users; Disadvantages: the debate on social concepts affecting e-sports and online games has become a hot topic, the health of the network environment is not enough, the unified and standardized management is not enough, the reserve talents are not enough, and the perfection of the talent training system is not enough. Some suggestions are put forward, such as strengthening propaganda and guidance, establishing a new image of e-sports, optimizing management system, improving network environment, strengthening personnel training and establishing personnel training system.
