体育场馆向体育服务综合体转型发展研究

• 摘要： 体育场馆向体育服务综合体转型是破解场馆运营难题的可行性途径之一。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等对体育场馆向体育服务综合体转型发展进行研究，梳理了体育场馆向体育服务综合体转型的驱动因素及转型面临的难题，归纳了转型发展的优化策略。研究表明转型的驱动因素主要为体育场馆自身造血功能不足、国家体育政策支持、 体育消费升级刺激、产业融合发展引领；转型面临的难题为体育服务综合体涵盖范围定位模糊、场馆管理机制低效、场馆服务功能弱化、周边生态融合不强。提出加强前期空间规划、提高运营管理水平、促进周边业态融合等优化策略。
• The transformation of stadium to sports service complex is one of the feasible ways to solve the problem of stadium operation. In this paper, literature method and logical analysis are used to study the transformation and development of stadiums and gymnasiums into sports service complexes, sort out the driving factors and problems facing the transformation, and summarize the optimization strategies of transformation and development. The research shows that the driving factors of the transformation are mainly the insufficiency of hematopoietic function of stadiums, the support of national sports policy, the stimulation of sports consumption upgrading, and the guidance of industrial integration development. The problems facing the transformation include vague positioning of the coverage scope of the sports service complex, inefficient venue management mechanism, weakening of venue service functions and weak ecological integration of surrounding areas. It puts forward some optimization strategies, such as strengthening preliminary spatial planning, improving the level of operation and management, and promoting the integration of surrounding business forms.
