体育强国背景下湖北省群众体育多样化发展模式的研究

• 摘要： 为深入落实体育强国建设，提高群众健康水平，以期为湖北省群众体育的长效发展提供建议及切实有效的发展路径，通过文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法，对湖北省群众体育发展现状进行剖析，发现其存在体育政策不能满足社会需求、体育赛事被多方面制约、健身活动资源匮乏、体育场馆不合理的布局与管理等问题。通过借鉴国外与国内其他省市优秀的群众体育发展模式，提出适合湖北省群众体育发展的“四化”模式：体育政策“丰富化”、体育赛事“灵活化”、健身资源“全面化”、体育场地“合理化”。
• In order to deeply implement the construction of a sports power and improve the people’s health level, in order to provide suggestions and practical and effective development paths for the long-term development of mass sports in Hubei Province, through the methods of literature, interview and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of mass sports in Hubei Province, and finds that its sports policies can not meet the social needs, and sports events are restricted in many aspects Lack of fitness resources, unreasonable layout and management of stadiums and gymnasiums and so on. By learning from the excellent mass sports development models of foreign and other domestic provinces and cities, this paper puts forward the “four modernizations” model suitable for the development of mass sports in Hubei Province: the “enrichment” of sports policy, the “flexibility” of sports events, the “comprehensiveness” of fitness resources and the “rationalization” of sports venues.
