体育强国背景下我国“三大球”可持续发展路径探析

• 摘要： 为发掘“三大球”运动对我国体育强国建设的重要意义，实现“三大球”项目可持续发展。运用文献资料法和专家访谈法对我国目前“三大球”整体现状进行梳理研究，并从竞技体育、学校体育、群众体育、体育产业四大领域提出发展路径。研究结果表明：竞技体育上强化专业队建设，组建高水平教练团队，推动运动员职业化发展，加强与国际比赛交流；学校体育上推进教学模式多样化发展，提升青训力度，加强训练建设与财政投入，增强硬件设施建设，深入开展各类校园活动；群众体育上增强项目文化传播，广泛开展社会性赛事活动，整合体育场地资源，完善公共体育服务体系；体育产业上激活职业联赛，发展现代“三大球”服务业，并推动与相关产业融合发展。
• In order to discover the important significance of the “Three Big Balls” sport to the construction of my country’s sports power, and realize the sustainable development of the “Three Big Balls” project. Using literature method and expert interview method to comb and study the overall status quo of my country’s current “Three Big Balls”, and propose development paths from the four major areas of competitive sports, school sports, mass sports, and sports industry. The research results show that: in competitive sports, strengthen the construction of professional teams, form high-level coaching teams, promote the professional development of athletes, and strengthen exchanges with international competitions; in school sports, promote the diversified development of teaching models, increase the intensity of youth training, and strengthen training construction and finance Invest, strengthen the construction of hardware facilities, and carry out various campus activities in depth; increase project cultural dissemination in mass sports, extensively carry out social events, integrate sports venue resources, improve the public sports service system; activate professional leagues in the sports industry, and develop modern “Three Balls” service industry, and promote the development of integration with related industries.
