深化体教融合过程中的实践困境与推进路径

• 摘要： 本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对有关“体教融合”“新时代体教融合”“深化体教融合”等的文章进行归纳梳理，着重探究体教融合在实施过程中存在的问题与实施路径。研究显示：体教融合实施过程的问题主要包括：学校体育工作发展薄弱；中国特色竞技体育后备人才培养问题与不足；社会体育力量较薄弱。提出体教融合的三条推进路径即夯实学校体育工作，做到“育体”和“育人”；培养中国特色竞技育后备人才，深化体育与教育部门融合；探索体教融合多元治理模式，以创造良好的 制度环境。
• Using the methods of literature and logical analysis, this paper summarizes and combs the articles on “sports and education integration”, “sports and education integration in the new era” and “deepening sports and education integration”, and focuses on the problems and Implementation Paths in the implementation process of sports and education integration. The research shows that the problems in the implementation process of sports education integration mainly include: the development of school physical education is weak; Problems and deficiencies in the cultivation of reserve talents of competitive sports with Chinese characteristics; Social sports strength is weak. Put forward three ways to promote the integration of sports and education, that is, to consolidate the school physical education work and achieve “physical education” and “educating people”; Cultivate reserve talents of competitive sports with Chinese characteristics and deepen the integration of sports and education departments; Explore the multi governance model of sports education integration in order to create a good institutional environment.
