• Abstract: 运用文献资料法、比较研究法，对美国体育教师资格认证标准、继续教育培养模式、教学特点、专业化程度、训练特点、法律保障、评价特点等方面进行归纳与分析。揭示美国中小学体育教师在教育发展、人力资源培养、结构分布等方面的显著优势，旨在为我国中小学体育教师教育发展提供参考。
• Through the methods of literature and comparative research, this paper summarizes and analyzes the qualification standards of American physical education teachers, the training mode of continuing education, teachers’ teaching characteristics, degree of specialization, training characteristics, legal guarantee and evaluation characteristics. This paper describes the characteristics of American Physical Education Teachers in human resource training, teachers’ educational development and teaching structure distribution. It aims to provide valuable reference for the development of teachers in China.
