武汉市青少年武术培训机构受新冠疫情的影响与再适应发展 研究

• 摘要： 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法研究武汉市青少年武术培训机构在疫情期间面临的问题与应对的措施。结论：机构整体盈利情况呈亏损状态，经营收入大幅下降；教练员、学员流失较为严重，有少部分培训机构在全面复课前倒闭；机构在2020年入不敷出；机构营销方式缺乏创新与多元；线上教学整体推动较慢，教练员线上教学能力较差，教学设备并不完备；政策惠及面较窄；大部分机构在积极寻求自救措施。对策：加强经营者管理能力，增强应对突发性公共事件的抗风险能力；注重线上教学能力培养，组织教练员线上教学培训；创设“王牌”型武术项目，增强机构核心竞争力；开发线上课程，线上线下有机结合；充分利用新媒体资源，展现武术魅力；挖掘“武德”内涵，开展“武德”教育；明确政策着力点，促进武术培训行业整体发展。
• Using literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics method and other research methods to study the problems faced by Wuhan juvenile martial arts training institutions during the epidemic period and the countermeasures. Conclusion: The overall profitability of the organization is in a state of loss, and operating income has fallen sharply; the loss of coaches and trainees is relatively serious, and a small number of training institutions have closed before the full resumption of classes; the organization will not make ends meet in 2020; the organization's marketing methods lack innovation and diversification; online The overall promotion of teaching is slow, the online teaching ability of coaches is poor, and the teaching equipment is not complete; the policy benefits are narrow; most organizations are actively seeking self-help measures. Countermeasures: Strengthen the management ability of operators, enhance the ability to resist risks in response to emergent public events; focus on the training of online teaching ability, organize online teaching training for coaches; create "ace" martial arts projects to enhance the core competitiveness of the organization; development Online courses are organically integrated online and offline; make full use of new media resources to show the charm of martial arts; explore the connotation of "wu ethics" and carry out "wu ethics" education; clarify the focus of policies to promote the overall development of the martial arts training industry.
