湖北省房车露营地建设研究

• 摘要： 采用文献资料法、比较分析法、案例分析法、实地考察法等方法，对湖北省房车露营地建设情况进行了调研，结果显示 : 湖北省房车露营地有 65 家，露营地平均面积约329 亩，其建设时间主要集中在 2016-2017 年间，并以武汉、宜昌、襄阳市为中心放射状分布在其周围，总体以 2-3 小时车程的露营地为主。从露营地等级、类型、开发模式、投资方、营地面积、露营地业态（住宿、户外体验、体育休闲、体育赛事等）等方面分析了湖北省房车露营地建设的现状。在“十三五”期间，积极响应国家政策，落实完成了湖北省房车露营地建设的布局。通过房车露营地的初期运营，发现大多数露营地不盈利处在人少营空的状态，目前房车露营地建设是“供大于求”。以松滋市洈水风景区汽车露营地为成功案例，分析给出了相应对策，以供参考。
• Using the methods of literature, comparative analysis, case analysis, field trips, RV campgrounds construction situation in Hubei province has been researched. The results show that there are 65 RV campgrounds in Hubei Province, with an average area of about 329 mu. The construction time is mainly concentrated in 2016- 2017, and they are distributed radially around Wuhan, Yichang, and Xiangyang. The total area is Mainly a campsite with 2 to 3 hours’ drive. The status of construction of RV campsites in Hubei Province is analyzed from the aspects of campsite level, type, development model, investors, campsite area, campsite format (accommodation, outdoor experience, sports and leisure, sports events, etc.) and early operation. During the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, we actively responded to national policies and completed the layout of the construction of RV campgrounds in Hubei Province. Through the initial operation of RV campgrounds, it is found that most campgrounds are not profitable and have fewer people and empty spaces. At present, the construction of RV campgrounds is “supply exceeds demand.” Taking the automobile campsite in Songzi City’s Weishui Scenic Area as a successful case, the analysis gives corresponding countermeasures for reference.
