This paper makes an objective analysis and summary of the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and challenges of online karate teaching model by using the method of literature review and SWOT dynamic analysis. It is found that policy optimization, government support, information development and the rapid development of karate in China have created a favorable practical background for online karate teaching. Online teaching is very convenient in time and space, teaching resources and course content are expanded, and education equity is promoted. The network itself has problems such as negative information, site and personal safety, and the timeliness of information receiving feedback cannot be guaranteed. At the same time, it puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ network teaching level, network platform technology and students’ learning autonomy. Online teaching should be combined with the characteristics of the project, the combination of online and offline teaching mode, and the teaching design of “equal emphasis on theory and technology” can further promote the comprehensive development of online karate teaching mode.
