建设崇礼冰雪小镇的价值、问题与发展路径

• Abstract: 北京冬奥会的举办促进了京冀深度合作和区域一体化发展，加快了奥运相关产业的融合，打造了京津冀地区新的经济增长点，有利于迅速提升张家口市城市形象和地位，对于推动张家口市完全融入首都经济圈具有促进意义。本研究运用文献资料和实地调查等研究方法，通过对运动小镇的分析和冰雪特色小镇的内涵解读以及对国外冰雪小镇的特点凝练，分析了崇礼冰雪小镇建设中的问题，指明了构建崇礼冰雪小镇的路径及方向。研究结果如下：（1）崇礼冰雪小镇构建要彰显文化底蕴，打造“冰雪 + 文化”小镇；（2）积极培养冰雪专业人才；（3）加大品牌推广力度，促进品牌特色形成；（4）运动主导、赛事促进、产业聚集。
• The holding of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games promotes the development of in-depth cooperation and regional integration between Beijing and Hebei, speeds up the integration of Olympic related industries, and creates a new economic growth point in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, which is conducive to rapidly improving the image and status of Zhangjiakou City, and has promoting significance for promoting Zhangjiakou City to fully integrate into the capital economic circle. By using the methods of literature review and field investigation, this paper analyzes the problems in the construction of Chongli ice and snow town, and points out the path and direction of the construction of Chongli ice and snow town. The results are as follows: 1. The construction of Chongli ice and snow town should highlight the cultural heritage and create a “ice and snow + culture” town; 2. Actively cultivate ice and snow professionals; 3. Strengthen brand promotion to promote the formation of brand characteristics; 4. Sports leading, event promotion and industrial agglomeration.
