  • 摘要: 迅速有效的控制水污染,提高水资源质量,保证水资源的可持续开发利用,对促进经济社会的可持续发展具有重大意义。本文通过对传统水资源污染监控手段以及目前监控系统建设现状的分析,介绍了基于空间信息的河流污染监控服务系统建设内容、总体设计、功能模块以及实现的关键技术,系统的研制能够在实践应用中,能够实现实时、 快速、 准确的进行河流污染监控。
  • Rapid and effective control of water pollution, improve the quality of water resources and ensure the sustainable development and utilization of water resources are of great significance to promote the sustainable development of economy and society. Based on the analysis of traditional water resources pollution monitoring means and the current situation of monitoring system construction, this paper introduces the construction content, overall design, functional modules and key technologies of river pollution monitoring service system based on spatial information. The development of the system can realize real-time, fast and accurate river pollution monitoring in practical application.
