• Abstract: 注册测量师是国际上一项通行的基本测绘管理制度，已经有 100 多年 的发展历史。中国的注册测绘师制度兴起于 20 世纪 90 年代中期，已基本建立 起相关制度体系，但是长期未能执业。解决这一问题，应综合分析国外注册测 量师执业情况和中国注册测绘师执业面临的形势，加快明确注册测绘师的角色 定位、执业领域、签字文件清单、权责利，尽快开展注册测绘师试点工作，为 促进行业高质量发展提供有力支撑。
• Registered Surveyor is an internationally accepted basic surveying and mapping management system with a history of more than 100 years. China's registered surveyors system emerged in the mid-1990s and has basically established relevant systems, but has not been able to practice for a long time. To solve this problem, a comprehensive analysis should be made of the practice situation of foreign registered surveyors and the situation faced by the practice in registered surveyors, so as to speed up the clarification of registered surveyors's role orientation, field of practice, list of signed documents, rights and responsibilities, and carry out the pilot work in registered surveyors as soon as possible to provide strong support for promoting the high-quality development of the industry.
