Abstract: 教育财政是教育发展的必备动力，教育发展又优化教育财政结构，使国家教育资源合理分配。文章揭示了教育与教育财政之间存在着一种相互关联和相互影响的联动关系，使用职业教育发展的数据实证分析此联动效应，并结合实际提出一些建议。
The education finance is the essential motive force of the education development, the education development optimizes the education finance structure, causes the national education resources reasonable distribution. This paper reveals that there is a correlation and mutual influence between education and education finance, analyzes the correlation effect by using the data of vocational education development, and puts forward some Suggestions.
