• Abstract: 当今中国经济高速发展，给企业提出了更高的要求，企业要想在激烈 竞争的国际经济环境中立于不败之地，必须加强企业的财务管理，本文针对当 今企业在财务管理中存在的融资困难，财务管理环节薄弱，管理模式陈旧落后， 管理手段不合理等现象进行了剖析，提出了解决这些问题的具体对策。
• Today, China's rapid economic growth to the enterprise put forward the higher request, the enterprise to the fierce competition in an impregnable position in the international economic environment, must strengthen the financial management of the enterprise, this article in view of today's enterprise financing difficulties in the financial management, weak financial management, management mode of the old backward, management means, such as unreasonable phenomenon is analyzed, puts forward the concrete countermeasures to solve these problems.
