美国保险监管制度对我国的启示

• Abstract: 对保险含义的界定直接影响着对保险监管范围的界定以及保险监管机 构与其他金融监管机构之间的分工。目前我国保险法中对保险含义的界定不适 应保险监管的需要，在这方面美国立法和司法的经验值得我们借鉴。
• The definition of insurance has a direct impact on the definition of insurance regulatory scope and the division of labor between insurance regulatory agencies and other financial regulatory agencies. At present, the definition of insurance meaning in China's insurance law does not meet the needs of insurance supervision.
