浅谈财经类生产性实训基地管理问题——以北京信息职业技术学院为例

• 摘要： 北京信息职业技术学院财经类专业校内生产性实训基地已经运行一年多，基本达到了预期的目标。但管理中遇到了政策支持力度不够、教师兼职精力不够、核心课程与生产性实训基地结合不够等问题，针对这些问题提出了从学院层面予以支持、理顺企业的运行机制的管理对策。
• The on-campus productive training base for finance and Economics majors of Beijing Institute of Information Technology has been running for more than one year and basically reached the expected goal. However, there are some problems in the management, such as insufficient policy support, insufficient energy of teachers' part-time jobs, and insufficient combination of core courses and productive training bases. In view of these problems, the management countermeasures are put forward to support from the college level and straighten out the operation mechanism of enterprises.
