浅论财经类高校大学生“四种能力”培养体系构建

• 摘要： 新形势下的高校教学改革，必须认真贯彻党的教育创新思想，不断探索教育教学改革的新思路和新方法。对财经类高校而言，加强内涵建设，突出财经办学特色，培养学生转化、运用知识能力和实践动手能力，分析和解决社会生产、生 活实际问题的能力，已成为人才培养工作的重要任务。财经类高校的人才培养目标要与大学生“四种能力”培养相结合。围绕“四种能力”培养，财经类高校的教学体系应从改革传统教学模式、构建以四种能力培养为核心的教学体系、创新实践教学模式等方面展开。
• Under the new situation, college teaching reform must earnestly implement the Party’s educational innovation thought, and constantly explore new ideas and new methods of education and teaching reform. For financial and economic colleges and universities, it has become an important task to strengthen the connotation construction, highlight the characteristics of financial and economic education, train students’ ability to transform and apply knowledge and practice, analyze and solve practical problems in social production and life. The goal of talents training in financial and economic colleges should be combined with the cultivation of “four abilities” of college students. Centering on the cultivation of “four abilities”, the teaching system of finance and economics colleges should reform the traditional teaching mode, construct the teaching system with the cultivation of the four abilities as the core, and innovate the practical teaching mode.
