• Abstract: 当前区域经济治理中存在经济发展不平衡、城市化进程加快、行政区 域贸易壁垒等问题。从制度供给的角度分析这些问题是由制度供给与区域经济 发展结构不匹配、区域经济治理新制度产出短缺等原因造成的。研究表明，在 供给侧改革视角下，创新区域经济治理体制、引入区域公共协商机制、搭建信 息交流平台、完善监测与考评机制，增加区域经济治理制度供给是未来区域经 济治理的改革方向。
• At present, there are some problems in regional economic governance, such as unbalanced economic development, accelerated urbanization and administrative regional trade barriers. From the perspective of system supply, these problems are caused by the mismatch between system supply and regional economic development structure, and the shortage of regional economic governance new system output. The research shows that from the perspective of supply-side reform, the future reform direction of regional economic governance is to innovate regional economic governance system, introduce regional public consultation mechanism, build information exchange platform, improve monitoring and evaluation mechanism, and increase the supply of regional economic governance system.
