• 摘要： 面对当前工业经济发展趋势，我们必须全面贯彻落实科学发展观，通 过解放思想，重新审视，破除思想障碍，重新调整确立发展思路、发展模式、 发展路径和方法措施。
• In the face of the current trend of industrial economic development, we must fully implement the scientific outlook on Development, emancipate our minds, re-examine and remove ideological barriers, readjust and establish the development ideas, development models, development paths, methods and measures.
