Surgical emergency treatment of colorectal cancer rupture

• Abstract: 目的：探讨大肠癌破裂的外科急诊治疗。方法：总结 16 例大肠癌急诊 破裂的外科治疗，并进行分析。结果：治愈 13 例，死亡 3 例（23%），死亡原 因为严重水电解质失衡和严重腹腔或者肺部感染致多脏器功能衰竭。结论：大 肠癌急性肠穿孔破裂来势急、重，病死率高。需急诊手术治疗，推荐采取一期 切除造瘘，二期吻合术或采取肠管造瘘术；手术后并发症多，需加强术后临床 管理。
• Objective: To explore the surgical emergency treatment of colorectal cancer rupture. Methods: 16 cases of emergency rupture of colorectal cancer were analyzed. Results: 13 cases were cured and 3 (23%) died. The causes of death were severe water electrolyte imbalance and multiple organ failure caused by severe abdominal or pulmonary infection. Conclusion: acute perforation and rupture of large intestine cancer is of high mortality. It is recommended to adopt one-stage resection and fistulation, two-stage anastomosis or enterostomy in case of emergency operation; the postoperative complications are many, so the postoperative clinical management should be strengthened.
