非细菌性前列腺炎 50 例临床治疗观察

• Abstract: 目的：观察前列倍喜治疗非细菌性前列腺炎的效果。方法：收集 100 例确诊为非细菌性前列腺炎患者．随机分两组，每组 50 例，治疗两个月。用不 同中药方剂前列倍喜与前列康进行治疗。结果：两组在年龄、病程、病情，治 疗前总积分等方面比较，差异无统计学意义（p > 0.05）有可比性；中药前列倍 喜与前列康治疗总有效率有统计学意义（p < 0.01）。结论：前列倍喜治疗非细 菌性前列腺炎可改善前列腺微循环，有助于炎性分泌物吸收、消除炎症。
• Objective: to observe the effect of protopechi on non - bacterial prostatitis. Methods: 100 cases of non - bacterial prostatitis were collected. Randomly divided into two groups, each group of 50 cases, treatment for two months. The treatment was carried out with different traditional Chinese medicine formulations, alepaishi and alepaicang. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups in age, course of disease, condition, and total score before treatment (p >.05). The total effective rate was statistically significant (p < 0.01). Conclusion: the treatment of non - bacterial prostatitis with protopechi can improve prostatic microcirculation and help inflammatory secretion absorption and elimination of inflammation.
