超声对切口疝修补术前后检查的应用价值探讨

• Abstract: 目的：探讨超声对切口疝修补术前后检查的应用价值。方法：应用超 声对 38 例切口疝修补术前后患者进行检查结果 38 例术前全部显小切口疝疝环 的大小反位置，疝囊大小、位置及内容物术后全部显示补片的位置、形态和大小， 其中30 例未见明显异常7例提示补片外液性暗区，1例为补片外混合性高回声团。 结论：超声能够为医生选择补片种类及大小提供依据术后能清晰的显示补片的 位、形态及相邻关系，有无并发症 。
• Objective: to evaluate the value of ultrasonography in preoperative and postoperative examination of incisional hernia repair. Methods: the ultrasonic 38 cases of incision hernia repair preoperative all 38 cases of preoperative patients after inspection results show the small incision hernia hernia ring the size of the location, hernial sac size, location and contents of postoperative all shows the location of the patch, shape and size, including 30 cases of 7 patients were not seen obvious abnormity prompt patch outside liquid dark space, 1 case of mixed hyperechoic mass outside the patch. Conclusion: ultrasound can provide the basis for doctors to choose the mesh type and size and can clearly show the mesh position, shape and adjacent relationship, and whether there are complications.
