• Abstract: 目的：介绍妇产科术后子宫出血的介入治疗方法及临床价值。方法： 对 12 例术后子宫出血患者，经子宫动脉造影确诊为子宫动脉出血后，以明胶海 绵及弹簧圈行双侧子宫动脉栓塞，并观察其治疗效果。结果：12 例出血患者立 即获得成功止血，2 例合并有宫颈妊娠者经灌注甲氨喋呤（MAX）后，血中绒 毛促性腺激素（β- HCG）水平 3d 后恢复正常。结论：经子宫动脉栓塞治疗宫 腔出血是简单、可靠的方法。
• Objective: to introduce the methods and clinical value of interventional treatment of uterine bleeding after obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: 12 cases of postoperative uterine bleeding were diagnosed by uterine arteriography and bilateral uterine artery embolization was performed with gelfoam and spring coil, and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results: immediate hemostasis was achieved in 12 patients with bleeding, and serum gonadotropin (d-hcg) levels returned to normal after 3d infusion of methotrexate (MAX) in 2 patients with cervical pregnancy. Conclusion: it is a simple and reliable method to treat intrauterine hemorrhage by uterine artery embolization.
