Objective: to observe the clinical effect of huoxiang zhengqishui combined
with western medicine on infantile diarrhea. Methods: 120 children with diarrhea
from 2015 to 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. They were
given routine oral medicine, intravenous rehydration and acid correction for moderate
and severe dehydration. Results the effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group,
75.0% in the control group, and significantly higher in the treatment group than in
the control group. Conclusion: Chinese and western medicine is effective in treating
infantile diarrhea.
