• Abstract: 妇产科手术的患者皮下脂肪厚、抵抗力低差，腹部手术后切口容易发生皮下出血、脂肪液化、并发感染等情况导致切口愈合不良，不但延长了患者住院时间，也增加了患者的痛苦，本文对其发生的原因进行总结和分析，并采取了相应、有效的预防和治疗方法。
• Patients undergoing gynecologic surgery have thick subcutaneous fat and poor resistance. After abdominal surgery, subcutaneous hemorrhage, fat liquefaction and complicated infection are easy to occur, which leads to poor wound healing, which not only prolongs the hospital stay, but also increases the pain of patients. This paper summarizes and analyzes the causes and adopts corresponding and effective prevention and treatment methods.
