浅谈急性期内整复关节手段对康复治疗恢复的影响

• Abstract: 康复医学是现代四大医学学科之一，在康复医学当中，因为传统康复与现代康复的不断融合，康复治疗技术百花齐放。同样的康复患者可能有不同的康复治疗方案，也可以有不同的先后顺序。对于关节整复的方式、方法、时间窗等也是有着不同的观念。本文通过案例分析最常见的人体脊椎系统及踝关节平衡受到破坏时不同的处理方案进行探讨。即在患者出现症状后，一种急性期内尽早整复关节治疗；另一种二十四小时急性期过后整复关节治疗；还有一种保守治疗不整复关节，三种康复愈后效果得出结论：在脊椎系统等关节系统中排除无骨折等的其他因素干扰时，患者出现症状后急性期内整复关节越早对于患者的康复愈后就越好。
• Rehabilitation medicine is one of the four major modern medical disciplines. In rehabilitation medicine, because of the continuous integration of traditional rehabilitation and modern rehabilitation, rehabilitation treatment technology blossoms. The same rehabilitation patients may have different rehabilitation treatment programs, also can have different sequence. There are different ideas about the way, method and time window of joint reduction. In this paper, through the case analysis of the most common human spinal system and ankle balance is damaged when the different treatment options are discussed. That is, in patients with symptoms, an early reduction of joint treatment in the acute phase; another 24-hour acute phase after the reduction of joint treatment; there is a conservative treatment without reduction of joint, three kinds of rehabilitation effect. Conclusion: in the spinal system and other joint system, excluding the interference of other factors such as no fracture, the earlier the reduction of joint in the acute phase after symptoms, the better The better after the recovery of patients.
