- Abstract: 近年来，由于人们的作息饮食不规律、工作压力增大等不健康生活方 式的出现，子宫内膜癌患者趋于年轻化。我国积极倡导 EC 的早期预防和筛查， 但较发达国家相比，收效甚微。因此我国仍缺乏高效的筛查诊断方法。本文主 要综述国内外关于子宫内膜癌筛查方法的研究进展，进行归纳总结，为临床医 生提早发现癌前病变、诊断子宫内膜癌提供有力依据，以降低 EC 的发病率及死 亡率。
- In recent years, due to people’s irregular work and rest diet, the high work pressure and other unhealthy lifestyle, endometrial cancer patients are getting younger. China has actively advocated the early prevention and screening of EC, but compared with developed countries, it has little effect. Therefore, we are still lake of efficient screening methods. This article mainly about the research progress of screening methods for endometrial cancer at home and abroad, providing strong evidence for clinicians to early find precancerous lesions and diagnose endometrial cancer , in order to reduce the incidence and mortality of EC.
