- Abstract: 民间借贷是脱离我国货币政策和金融监管机构监管之外的非正式金融， 它的存在既有有益的一面，也诱发了诸多问题。本文旨在阐述民间借贷的概念 和特点谈民间借贷的现状，并找出完善民间借贷的路径，对维护金融秩序具有 重要意义。
- Private lending is an informal finance which is separated from the supervision of monetary policy and financial regulators in China. Its existence has both beneficial aspects and many problems. The purpose of this paper is to elaborate the concept and characteristics of private lending, discuss the current situation of private lending, and find out the way to improve private lending, which is of great significance to maintain the financial order.
