- Abstract: 本文介绍了跨境人民币融资性对外担保业务政策及银行业务办理流程 和要求，指出当前人民币内保外贷业务虽然发展快但总量有限，尽管其具备无 风险收益特征但市场主体难以大规模地频繁操作。文章建议由于该业务一定程 度融通了境内外资金市场应疏堵并举，应加强业务监管。
- This paper introduces the policy of cross-border RMB financing foreign guarantee business and the process and requirements of banking business. It points out that the current RMB internal guarantee and external loan business is developing rapidly but the total amount is limited. Although it has the characteristics of risk-free income, it is difficult for market entities to operate frequently on a large scale. This paper suggests that the business should be unblocked and the business supervision should be strengthened because it has to a certain extent facilitated the domestic and foreign capital markets.
