• Abstract: 高校作为一种特殊的会计主体，在自身不断发展的同时，其自身的财 务管理状况也呈现出多元化的趋势，从而给高校带来了相应的财务风险，对于 高校及教育事业的发展有着较大的影响。本文阐述了高校财务风险的现状，分 析其原因，并提出防范的对策。

This paper expounds the current situation of financial risk in Colleges and universities, analyzes its causes, and puts forward countermeasures.
