- 摘要： 随着金融全球化加深以及金融市场的发展深化，金融工具创新不断涌现，为企业财务管理带来新的机遇与挑战。面临严峻的市场竟争，企业需要充分有效运用金融工具创新管理控制风险，争取收益，从而脱颖而出。本文从金融工具创新的涵义出发，分析了金融工具创新对企业财务管理的影响，并最终给出企业有效利用金融工具创新的一些建议。
- With the deepening of financial globalization and the development of the financial market, the innovation of financial instruments keeps emerging, bringing new opportunities and challenges to the financial management of enterprises. Facing severe market competition, enterprises need to make full and effective use of financial instrument innovation management to control risks, strive for benefits, so as to stand out. Starting from the meaning of financial instrument innovation, this paper analyzes the impact of financial instrument innovation on enterprise financial management, and finally gives some suggestions for enterprises to effectively use financial instrument innovation.
